Thooyan Credit Services Pvt. Ltd. operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA), financial consultant, and service facilitator for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

  • Credit card assistance
  • Financial advisory
  • Documentation support
  • Application processing
  • Customer coordination with lenders

We do not directly provide loans or financial products. All approvals, disbursals, and terms are solely decided by partner institutions.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally capable of entering into contracts
  • Provide valid identity and financial documents
  • Be an Indian resident (unless stated otherwise)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any applicant without explanation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Submit genuine documents
  • Update any changes in personal or financial details
  • Cooperate during verification processes

Providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection, blacklisting, or legal action.

4. Loan & Credit Processing

4.1 No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application through us does not guarantee approval. Final decisions rest with lenders.

4.2 Interest Rates & Charges

Interest rates, EMI, processing fees, penalties, and other charges are determined by lending partners. We are not responsible for changes made by lenders.

4.3 Disbursement

Loan disbursement timelines depend on lender policies and verification. We are not liable for delays.

5. Service Fees & Commission

  • We may charge service/consultancy fees where applicable.
  • Any applicable fee will be communicated in advance.
  • Commission received from lenders is independent of user payments.

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

By using our services, you consent to:

  • Collection of personal, financial, and KYC data
  • Sharing information with banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, and partners
  • Credit verification and background checks

All data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

7. Credit Bureau Authorization

You authorize us and our partner institutions to:

  • Access your credit reports (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, etc.)
  • Conduct credit assessments
  • Report repayment behavior

This authorization remains valid during your engagement with us.

8. Third-Party Institutions

We act only as an intermediary.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lender policies
  • Rejection reasons
  • Account management
  • Recovery actions
  • Legal proceedings by lenders

All agreements for financial products are between you and the lender.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, graphics, and designs belong to Thooyan Credit Services Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thooyan and its staff from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • False information
  • Document forgery
  • Policy violations
  • Breach of these Terms

14. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Provide false information
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Misuse our services

Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.

15. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Application/service fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if any) are at management discretion.
  • Processing charges paid to third parties without our knowledge is we not responsible

Any refund policy will be communicated separately.

16. Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive:

  • Calls
  • SMS
  • Emails
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Notifications

For service updates, offers, and regulatory communication.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or system outages.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
